If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Their customer service, hospitality and cleanliness is unmatched. Anytime you would enter the hotel they would great you with a warm smile. The hotel is styled to perfection with such high end finishes it was beautiful to the eye. They are very accommodating and a wonderful group of people who made our stay in Vancouver very memorable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone

The hotel decor and amenities are fabulous – everything is new, updated and luxurious. The heated floor in the bathroom was so nice!!
